Kabale School Head Teacher Collapses To Death During Holy Mass

By Our Reporter

The head teacher of Lower Bugongi Primary School, Kabale District on Thursday collapsed and died at Christ the King Church.

Justin Mugabiirwe, a resident of Murungu village, Kabale district, had gone for the Holy Thursday Mass.

One of the Christians only identified as Richard who was seated next to Mugabiirwe revealed to our reporter that as the mass was ongoing, Mugabiirwe collapsed.

Richard says that Mugabiirwe in her last words asked for help and was taken to the Mother Mary shrine to be prayed. However, on carrying her to the shrine, she died.

One of the teachers at the school told our reporter that Mugabiirwe could have succumbed to diabetes or hypertension that she has been battling. By press time, neither the district nor education authorities had released a statement about Mugabiirwe’s death.

In 2023, a one pastor Daniel Naheirwe, 40, went to Wanjuki village in Lwabyata sub-county in Nakasongora district to perform a prayer and exorcise evil spirits from Jessica Kyohairwe’s home. After praying and at her invitation, he attempted to remove what was believed to be fetishes.

During the process of burning these items, he suddenly collapsed and died on the spot. Pastor Naheirwe had claimed to possess miraculous powers for removing evil spirits from people’s homes, a practice he had been conducting for many years.

According to Sam Kahn, in the holy Qur’an Allah the almighty has told us many things about where we were when the world was in the making, how we were created, what is our purpose, what happens when you die, what will happen in the grave, what will happen on the day of judgement.

The person who dies in the Masjid while praying is very pious. Everyone doesn’t get this kind of death. Death in Islam is a blessing. This world is temporary for the people who follow Islam. Once they do, many of their bodies will perish. But only the ones who are very close to their creator, their bodies will be intact till the day of judgement. Where the Lord will provide justice to everyone.

That time when we all wake up from our graves every part of our body will be the same as we were in the world. Even the fingerprints will be the same. If he can create us once, why would you not think he can’t create us for the second time? On the day of judgement, no family members will remember each other. Everyone will have good deeds, they will be carrying with each other.

And when your turn comes to face your Lord, he will ask what did you do in the world. If he says I didn’t worship you oh Allah please send me back and I will worship you again. But this time he won’t get this chance. He will be straight away sent to hell. And when the Muslim persons turn comes and the best part is our mouth will be closed, the body parts will speak. If he’s done good but if he’s done bad he will be thrown in hell for some time and later sent to heaven. And people who die in the Masjid in prayers will be granted heaven in the first Go if they are pious.
