A downpour followed by floods as the rains returned with vengeance yesterday paralysed both foot and motorised traffic in Kampala City and its suburbs.
The police reported at least seven people died, with three bodies recovered in the Kinawataka drainage area and two others picked up in the Mulimira Zone in Bukoto in Nakawa Division of Kampala.
